Mugello Circuit is probably one of the most loved by motorcycle riders throughout the MotoGP. Every year thousands of people flock to Florence in Italy to take in the sights and experience the thrill of motorcycle racing at the Mugello circuit. Motorcycle racing is already an exciting sport, it just seems when taking place in a city with such rich history and beauty, the intensity is pushed up a notch.
Location Of The Track For Convenience
Public transport within the city is absolutely astonishing, the ease with which the track can be attended through the use of buses is proof of that fact. Trains are another important and reliable means of transportation to and from the circuit. Once on location, travel between entrances on the free shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes. There is no reason any tourist should miss out on this opportunity. Even if it isn’t a race day, the circuit and facilities are a must see.
Taking A Ride
Ride around the circuit is an experience of a lifetime. There are scheduled days on the calendar which allow for it, however, be sure to request your driving lesson before you take to the track. Of course, this isn’t a possibility on race day, that is the day the professionals take to the tarmac to impress and hopefully achieve a podium finish.
Camp Out
Camping out at Mugello is an activity that is enjoyed by many visitors to the circuit. The Tuscan countryside provides ample space to set up your tent and the parking area has designated spaces available for camper vans and the like. Barbecue areas are scattered throughout the area. Bring your own tent and toiletries along and get set up to enjoy a day at the tracks. There are ample food stores within the confines of the circuit to purchase snacks and meals.
