Dealership Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to dealer@MOTORCYCLEsellerZ.com, or call on our business phone at 801-792-7168.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, dealership, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted by your dealership. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your monthly subscription.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your subscription, providing your card has not been charged for the current month. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your card has been charged for the current month we will gladly refund the complete balance charged for that month. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the 3 days into your billing cycle, we will refund you based on a prorated amount, the total monthly charge divided by the number of days in that month.
